"Andy has been my agent for many years and when my windshield cracked, he assigned Kelly S. to handle my claim. She explained the possibility of me having to pay the difference between the cost of an original windshield from the manufacturer (which is what I wanted) and my policy coverage. She worked with the repair company and my final cost was $0.00, and they installed the OEM. Thank you, Kelly. I am very pleased."

"I worked with Andy and Kelly Lynn at State Farm in Rogers a few weeks ago. Kelly Lynn suggested I do a quote to see if they could save me money. She was very nice and said there was no obligation just to do a quote and see what they could do. To my surprise they were able to save me over $200 a month. Needless to say, I made the switch.
